Document and define a clear diversity of Product Team roles and expertises needed for the Product, inclusive of, amongst other things, engineers, data scientists, Product Managers, and user experience experts. Once established, recruit accordingly.

Aim

To (a) assemble a robust team for Product and/or Model design, development and deployment; and (b) highlight associated risks that might occur in the Product Lifecycle.
