The Management Committee ought to hold a diversity of members from differing Organisation departments, including Executive Management, legal, finance, operations, public communications as well as Data Science.

Aim

To (a) ensure the diversity of managerial opinions and oversight of Organisation Machine Learning and Products; and (b) foster Organisation buy-in for Machine Learning and Products.
